Cooling-off period You can cancel your plan within 28 days of receiving your documents for a full refund, as long as you haven’t used any of our services. After 28 days You can still cancel at any time by giving 30 days’ notice. We’ll refund you pro-rata for the unused part of your plan. If you’ve already used our services, we may deduct the cost of the remaining instalments. If we cancel your plan We may cancel your plan with 14 days’ notice. If that happens, you’ll receive a pro-rata refund for the time left on your plan.
