Investigation – Your complaint will be reviewed by our Customer Services team. Escalation – If you’re not satisfied, your case will be referred to our Complaints Team, who will aim to respond within 5 working days. Resolution – We’ll work with you to resolve your concerns fairly and promptly. Further help – If your complaint is about our services, payments, or membership terms and you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact your local Trading Standards office or visit the Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI) at: www.tradingstandards.uk/consumer-help. If your complaint relates to how we handle your personal data, you can raise the matter with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at: www.ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.
